A calming blend to help you pause for a moment and remember to take a nice…deep…breath.

Directions: Place one of these on the shower floor away from direct water, and run warm/ hot water as normal. This will cause the steamer to fizz and melt, releasing soothing essential oils into the steamy air. Inhale deeply & enjoy!
